SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
- Logistics: Shipments are handled by national and international express couriers. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days from dispatch, barring force majeure or remote areas.
- Customer Obligations upon Delivery: The Customer must check that the packaging is intact and that the number of packages matches the delivery note (DDT).
- Inspection Reservation: In case of anomalies, the Customer must accept the goods with written reservation (“Subject to inspection – damaged/open packaging”) on the courier’s delivery receipt. Without such reservation, claims for cosmetic damage or shortages will not be accepted.
- Non-EU Orders: Any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
